Doc’s garlic salad
Served for many years at Doc steakhouse in Wichita Kansas

Servings: 8 to 10

Ingredients
  • One head iceberg Lettuce
  • ½ head cabbage
  • ½ onion
  • Two Carrots
  • subheading: Dressing:
  • 1 pint of Hellmann’s mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic salt
Steps
  1. Put lettuce, cabbage, onion, and carrots in a blender or food processor until finally chopped. Dry Very well in a towel or drain in colander, turning several times to remove moisture. Chill in refrigerator. Add Dressing just before serving.
  2. Dressing: mix well and refrigerate.
