Parma Violets
Ingredients
  • 1 tsp glucose syrup
  • 4 tbsp hot water
  • 7g powdered veggie gelatine (Adoree uses standard gelatine but I don’t eat this)
  • 450g icing sugar, plus extra for dusting
  • 5 drops of violet food colouring (I used gel)
  • ½ tsp violet flavouring (from Lakeland via Amazon).
