Gluten Free Glazed Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 cup brown or coconut sugar
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 to 4 Tablespoons boiling water
