Ingredients
  • 80g starter,
  • 250g bread flour,
  • 200g water,
  • 2 tbsp olive oil,
  • 2 tsp salt,
Steps
  1. mixed all together and spread on an oiled baking tray.
  2. Cover it and let it rise double before adding some olive oil & using fingers poked into the dough
  3. Add seasoning, vegetables etc.
  4. And bake it at 190 degrees Celcius for 30 to 45 min. Have fun!
