Pecan pie

  1. Three eggs well beaten. One cup of white Karo syrup. One cup of sugar. One teaspoon of vanilla maybe a little more if you want a little more vanilla flavor to it.  one cup of pecans or pecan chips. And 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter melted. in a medium-sized mixing bowl beat the eggs slightly then you add your corn syrup sugar your margarine vanilla and you can put a pinch of salt if you want to make sure all that's mixed well and pour in the pecans. Bake in a 400-degree preheated oven for 15 minutes and then you turn your heat down to 350 and bake another 30 to 35 minutes longer. If your crust edges start getting too Brown you can take and put a little bit of aluminum foil around them so they don't get too Brown.
