  • ½ tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp gravy master
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp water

  • 1 pound plant-based meat (like Impossible or Beyond)
  • Gyro seasoning (all of it)
  • 2 shallots (roughly chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (roughly chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • subheading: MARINATED ONIONS:
  • ½ a medium red onion (thinly sliced pole to pole)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 to 2 tsp olive oil
