Ingredients
  • 400g Baby Cream potatoes
  • 200g green beans
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil
  • 200g Gold Australian Sweet Solanato Tomatoes
  • 10 black olives (stone in)
  • olive oil
  • 4 x 120g salmon fillets, skin on, from sustainable sources
  • 1 ½ lemons
  • ½ a small clove of garlic
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbs Greek yoghurt
