Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Ground Beef Ground chicken or turkey will also work
- 1 Yellow Onion, diced
- 45 oz Jar of Spaghetti Sauce Or you can use my homemade sauce. the link can be found below
- 16 oz Box of Penne Pasta Any shape or type of pasta can be subst
- 1 tbs Chicken Bouillon
- 1 cup Pasta Water reserved near the end of the pasta cooking
- 1 stick Salted Butter
- 6 to 7 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 5.2 oz Garlic and Herb Boursin cheese
- 2 Cups Fresh Parmesan Cheese
- 1 to 2 tbs Grated Parmesan Cheese optional
- 3 to 4 Cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
