Ingredients
  • ½ head Red Cabbage
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil (mild or light) Do not use extra virgin/ virgin it will be too strong
  • 1 large Lemon freshly squeeze, should be about 3 tbsp
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • subheading: Optional- if your lemon is particularly sour you may need to add some sugar:
  • 1 teaspoon sugar add more/less to taste
