Chili
Ingredients
  • ¾ cups each white, black, and pinto beans soaked all day
  • Drain and rinse then add-
  • 1 cup red lentils and cover with water.
  • add chili powder, crushed red pepper, cumin
  • Set to saute while chopping onions, garlic, peppers
  • wait for pot to get to simmer before adding veggies, cover and seal
  • Set to 6 min, then 15 NPR.
  • Release pressure and add a can of crushed tomatoes
