Instant Pot Skirt Steak

Ingredients
  • 1.5 to 2 lbs Skirt Steak
  • ¼ Cup Soy Vey sauce
  • ¼ Cup orange juice
Steps
  1. Cut Skirt Steak into 3 to 4 inch strips. Place in gallon ziploc bag and pour OJ & Sot Vey in. Close bag & shake it well so all the meat is coated. Let it marinate in fridge a few hours (overnight is better). You can also freeze it at this point and cook later.
  2. Place trivet in IP.
  3. Pour in 1 cup water.
  4. Place meat in oven safe dish & put in IP on trivet.
  5. Cook high pressure 25 min then NPR.
  6. Enjoy!
Notes
  • I shredded & served over a smashed baked potato with cheese.
