  • 1 large garlic cloves crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 75 ml pure cream
  • ½ teaspoon butter
  • 50g fresh parmesan cheese grated
  • 40g cup shredded mozzarella not fresh
