⅛ teaspoon salt

¼ cup ( 50 g) granulated cane sugar

¼ cup ( 50 g) brown sugar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon instant espresso powder

¼ cup ( 20 g) Dutch-processed cocoa powder

1 vegan egg, (See Notes for options)
