Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 brown onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3cm piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 3 tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 800g chicken thigh fillets, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 70g (¼ cup) tomato paste
  • 400ml can coconut milk
  • 130g (½ cup) Greek-style yoghurt
  • Coriander sprigs, pappadums, mango chutney, steamed rice, to serve
