- 1 cup uncooked Long Grain White Rice, rinsed until water runs clear
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar, optional
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 ½ lb. Green Cabbage, chopped (1 small head or 8 cups)
- 6 cups Beef Broth
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Parsley, for garnish
