Tartare of fish with persimmons

Ingredients
  • 500 grams of boned white fish
  • 2 persimmons ( or mangos)
  • ½ bunch of coriander
  • 1 finely chopped red onion
  • 1 hot pepper finely chopped
  • 2 lemons zested and squeezed
  • olive oil salt and pepper
Steps
  1. 1. Cut fish into small cubes
  2. 2. Cut fruit into cubes the same size as the fish
  3. 3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, season
  4. 4. Serve on a plate garnished with coriander or mint...drizzle olive oil
