Carne Quesdea

¼ c. oil

1 large round steak

1 med. onion chopped

4 stalks celery

1 Tblsp. chopped garlic

¾ c. water

3 Tblsp. flour

2 tsp. salt

2 Tblsp. cumin

1 tsp. pepper

3 Tblsp. Carne Quesda mix or more if needed

keep adding water if it gets to thick

Brown meat,garlic,onion,celery in hot oil.

Cook about 15 min.

Add 1 cup or more of water as needed until meat is done.

Add seasoning gravy mix.

add spices and cook till tender
