vegan Squash Sauce
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked winter squash
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp roasted garlic powder
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • ¼ to ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp bouillon seasoning
  • 1 to 2 cups very hot water
  • ¼ cup vegan parm or nooch
  • NSS and pepper to taste
Steps
  1. use a blender and mix everything together. can use an immersion blender instead.
Notes
  • pour over pasta, rice, or potatoes. great on Buddha bowls. use less water and make into a toast or sandwich spread or as a dip for crudité or crackers
