  • plenty of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 cup chopped green onions or chives
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh dill, or 3 tablespoons dried
  • 1 cup finely chopped parsley
