Instant Pot Baked Potato
Ingredients
  • 2 to 5 potatoes
Steps
  1. Put 1 to 1 ½ cups of water in instant pot. Cook on high pressure for 20min and natural release for 18 to 20 min (for 2 potatoes. If doing more reduce cook time by 5 min per extra potato). This is for medium sized russet potatoes.
  2. Can finish in oven for crispy skin
