All In 1 Instant Pot chicken, veggies, and brown rice

Ingredients
  • 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  •  
  • 1½ cups of water
  •  
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  •  
  • 2 cups instant brown rice
  •  
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
  •  
  • 4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  •  
  • ¼ cup onion chopped
  •  
  • Fresh green beans
Steps
  1. Sear chicken breasts to brown
  2. Place in instant pot.
  3. Pour the onion soup mix over chicken breasts, then pour water over that.
  4. Set on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. Then quick release.
  6. Place steamer basket in pot on top of chicken. Place chopped veggies in steamer basket.
  7. Set timer to 10 minutes high pressure.
  8. After done allow it to npr for 7 to 10 minutes. Then quick release.
  9. Remove veggies in basket and the chicken. Set aside.
  10. Add 2 cups of instant brown rice to the juices. Allow rice to absorb juices.
  11. Plate and serve.
