Ingredients
  • Cold base: 1.5 cup plain unsweetened almond milk (12oz), ½ cup cashews (72g), 3 TB oil (45g), 1.5 ts salt, 3 TB tapioca powder (24g), 1 TB vinegar (15g)
  • Gel mix: 1.3 cup water, 2.5 TB agar agar + ¼ cup dried bell pepper (I didn’t soak mine  in hot water I wonder if I should have)
