Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour (shiratama-ko)
- ¼ cup of sugar
- ⅓ cup water
- ⅓ cup coconut milk
- This is optional! You can use ⅔ cup of water, but I like the fragrance the coconut milk adds. You can change the ratio however you'd like as long as it adds up to ⅔ cup, but I wouldn't use too much coconut milk as it might overpower the filling.

- 1 cup dry red beans
- 1 cup sugar (or to taste)
- subheading: Black sesame paste filling:
- 1 cup black sesame seeds
- ½ to ⅔ cup sugar (or to taste)
