  • 1 ½ cups cooked quinoa

  • ¼ cup vegan greek yogurt
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • healthy pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon tahini
  • 1 teaspoon freshly chopped parsley
  • pinch of pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
