  • ½ tsp Mexican Oregano (or regular oregano)
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 4 ¼ cups Chicken Broth (or Vegetable Broth or Water)
  • 1 to 2 Jalapeño, seeded and chopped (optional)
  • 1 Chipotle Pepper in Adobo (optional)
