Ingredients
  • ½ cup cooked cauliflower
  • 3 cups white beans (a little under 2- 15 ounce cans)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • Himalayan pink salt to taste (I used about 1 teaspoon)
  • ½ to 1 cup water to thin out to desired consistency
