  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 lb green cabbage , roughly chopped
  • 2 quarts water , or vegetable broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper , (optional)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
