Lemon Bundt Cake

Ingredients
  • subheading: Cake:
  • 1 Box yellow cake mix
  • 1 Instant lemon pudding mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • ¾ cup Water
  • ½ cup Oil
  • subheading: Topping:
  • Powdered sugar
  • subheading: Glaze:
  • 2 cups Confectioner sugar
  • ½ cup Lemon juice
Steps
  1. Mix ingredients well.
  2. Grease and flour bundt pan.
  3. Put mix into bundt pan.
  4. Bake at 350° for ~50 minutes.
  5. 5 minutes before cake comes out of oven prepare the glaze.
  6. Boil glaze until smooth (1 or 2 minutes)
  7. When cake comes out of oven, prick with toothpick all over.
  8. Pour hot glaze on top.
  9. Cool cake then remove from pan.
  10. When cake is completely cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  • 3090 calories with apple sauce substitute for oil
