  • The broth is made using 3 chicken frames, a handful of chicken feet, 5 slices of ginger and roughly 7 to 8 cups of water. Pressure cook for 59min on Manual (Beef mode for HD2139), full NPR * the ingredients will not be totally submerged in the water, do not worry about it

  • 1 packet wonton wrappers * you can use either the square or round ones. Wonton wrappers are yellow in colour (as they contain eggs) and thinner than dumpling/gyoza wrappers
  • Filling (this amount makes between 42 to 48 wontons) -
  • 250g pork mince, * pork belly and/or shoulder
  • 80g prawns, deveined and roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup cut green onion
  • 1 tsp finely cut coriander
  • Seasonings -
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp white pepper powder
  • 2 tbsps sesame oil
  • 6 tbsps water
