(267) Weekly Healthy Meal Prep On New Plan Itrackbites for Weight Loss!!
Ingredients
  • I am excited to share this weekly meal prep with you guys. These recipes aren't just for one plan or program ANYONE can enjoy these meals.

  • If you are on WW which is the program I was previously on you can just enter the recipe below in the recipe builder to generate the points.

  • ️RECIPE ONE: BREAKFAST EGG BITES
  • // makes 8 egg bites and one egg bite is 1 bite each and 32 cals
  • subheading: what you need:
  • 14 kalamata olives
  • 6 eggs
  • 31gm crumbled goat cheese
  • handful of cherry tomatoes
  • ½ white onion
  • minced onion, red pepper chili flakes, salt and pepper
  • subheading: how to make:
  • dice you onions and roughly chop your olives, place in a bowl.
  • add your 6 eggs and cheese , mix together.
  • spray your cupcake pan with olive oil spray and add your egg mixture
  • bake on 375 for 18 to 20 minutes
  • take eggs out and let rest for 5 minutes - they will continue to cook and this
  • is my trick to a soft egg bite and not dried out

  • ️RECIPE TWO: POTATO CORN CASSEROLE
  • // makes 6 servings 1/6th of casserole is 4 bites and 134 calories
  • subheading: what you need:
  • 4 cups shredded ore ida hashbrowns
  • 4 slices black label bacon
  • 1 can of healthy request cream of chicken condensed soup
  • 1 can of corn
  • ½ cup kraft fat free shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • subheading: how to make:
  • thaw out your hashbrowns and I like to microwave mine for 2 minutes to soften.
  • in a bowl add your hashbrowns, can of soup, can of corn, salt and pepper and mix together.
  • in the microwave cook your precooked bacon.
  • in a dish spray with olive oil spray, then add your mixture inside.
  • add your chopped bacon to the top and cheese.
  • bake on for 350 for 40 minutes.

  • ️RECIPE THREE: SPAGHETTI WITH MEAT SAUCE
  • // makes 5 servings , 1 serving is 8 bites and 309 calories
  • subheading: what you need:
  • 4 oz barilla protein plus angel hair pasta
  • 3 oz cooked spaghetti squash ( one small squash)
  • 1 cup good and gather raosted garlic pasta sauce
  • 16.5 oz 93/7 lean ground beef
  • ½ white onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp splenda brown sugar blend
  • italian seasoning, salt and pepper
  • subheading: how to make:
  • in a pot boil your water and pasta per instructions on package
  • for your squash cut in half , de-seed the squash with a fork, place ½ tbsp of water to each side, place in microwave
  • in a skillet add olive oil spray, 1 tbsp garlic, and your white onion and sautee until onions have softened some around 2 to 3 minutes
  • add your meat and let cook down with the lid on low to medium heat stir occasionally, once meat
  • is cooked take lid off
  • add your 1 cup sauce and seasonings
  • let simmer for additional 10 minutes then turn the heat off
  • in the pot you boiled your pasta combine the pasta with spaghetti squash and toss with fork
