1/2 Cream Cheese brick or soft container ½ Cream Cheese brick or soft container
1/2 C Butter, clarified if possible or melted ½ C Butter, clarified if possible or melted

Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese - freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese - freshly grated

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
Add frozen bags of spinach to pan and cook, picking out any tough ends, till done to your taste
Add cream cheese, stir to melt
Add Boursin cheese, stir to melt
Add butter, stir to incorporate all additions
S& P to taste
Grate cheese (a lot) over top and mix thoroughly, set aside but keep warm
