This delicious recipe has the same traditional flavors of a regular pecan pie, but also has a thick silky layer of cheesecake making it rich and decadent. It's the best pecan pie cheesecake, better than the Cheesecake Factory!
Ingredients
  • 1 to 9" unbaked pie crust

  • 12 oz. cream cheese softened
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sour cream room temperature
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • subheading: PECAN PIE LAYER INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup pecans whole
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
