Dr. Greger flax and spice crackers
Ingredients
  • I tried something today that I've been meaning to do, but needed to get all of the ingredients first. I made Dr. Greger's flax crackers and added ALL of the daily dozen spices - delicious! I ate one with no-oil hummus. Going into my daily rotation. I did need to use a little more water due to all of the spices, but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. 2 cups freshly ground flax, 8 t turmeric, 8 t freshly ground black cumin, 8 t garlic powder, 8 t cayenne pepper, 1 cup nooch, 8 t cumin, black pepper. I added about a ½ cup more water. Makes 32 crackers - one month's worth.
