  • 2 garlic clovers, minced
  • ½ jalapeño, seeded for less heat, or seeds in for more heat
  • ½ cup of fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • A pinch of ground cayenne
  • 2 teaspoons of liquid aminos
  • 1 cup of vegan gluten-free bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
