  • 3 carrots peeled
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons capers (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon tahini paste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • salt to taste
