Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Raw Almonds, to make Almond Meal, instructions below
  • 1 ⅓ cup Raw Almonds, roughly chopped
  • ⅓ cup Sunflower Seeds, salted
  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, substitution ok- see notes
  • 1.5 teaspoon Vanilla
  • .5 teaspoon Orange Oil, optional, adds a bright taste to the bars
  • ⅔ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
