Hot and sour IP Soup

  1. Here u go girls: two chicken breasts, 3 ltr of water, one chicken stock cube of knorr,  add seasoning i.e. soya sauce, white vinegar, ketchup, siracha or red chili flakes, add white pepper n black pepper after pressure cuz they keep going hot/spicy the more you cook them. Put it on default soup program. I dont hv measurements cuz i add seasoning n adjust at the end. Once presure is done add finely julienne-ed carrots and cabbage. Handful of both. U can also add mushrooms. Oh n once u open the pressure, get the chicken breasts out n shred them. Add peppers white n black. Add in ¼th or ½ teaspoon of white pepper, not more than this. Adjust seasoning n add corn flour. U can also use lemon juice to make it sour but it takes a lot of lemons. I used white vinegar. Mmmmmmm i think that's it..
