Ingredients
  • 3 cups gf oats
  • 1 cup raw almonds chopped
  • 1 cup raw walnuts or pecans chopped
  • ½ cup each pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon divided
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup cookie butter or nut butter of choice
  • ½ cup 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
