  • 3 large green bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 2 large onions, cut into strips
  • 2 (14 ½-ounce) cans diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 ¾ teaspoons Mineral Salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter
