  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • ⅓ cup ( 78.86 ml) non-dairy yogurt or non-dairy cream of choice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ to 1 cup ( 118.29 ml) water or non-dairy milk
  • 15- ounce ( 425.24 g) can of white beans northern beans, cannellini beans, butter beans or other beans of choice
  • cilantro and pepper flakes for garnish
