1 ¼ cup flour

½ cup brown sugar (firmly packed)

1 teaspoon baking powder

¾ teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup applesauce

½ cup milk

3 tablespoons oil (I used canola)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg

subheading: Streusel Topping:

2 tablespoons butter or margarine (NOT softened)

½ cup oats

2 tablespoons brown sugar

½ teaspoon cinnamon
