  • 16 oz bag coleslaw mix (washed and ready shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, quartered and thinly sliced (about 1 cup)

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • ⅔ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 TBSP Dijon mustard (or 1 teaspoon dry)
