Ingredients
  • Veggie WW Pizza - 13 pts
  • Big enough to share or if you have the points- to eat on your own!
  • I use 2 ING dough- self rising flour and 0% fat Greek yogurt. I know everyone loves Fage, but I find the the Chobani gives a better consistency to the crust.
  • Preheat oven to 450
  • subheading: Crust:
  • ¾ cup King Arthur self rising flour (9 pts)
  • About a little over ½ cup yogurt (0 pts)
  • I eyeball the yogurt and mix with a spoon. Better if it’s a little more wet than dry because it’s easier to add more flour. I like to mix it in a decent size round glass Pyrex bowl which helps shape the dough into a circle. Once it’s mixed, I knead with my hands and add a little flour as needed flipping the dough to each side and pressing it out to the edges. I lightly flour a piece of wax paper so I can roll out the crust. I try my best to maintain the round shape as I roll. I’ll transfer it to a 12 inch metal pizza pan that I’ve already sprayed with Pam Olive Oil spray. I press it out with my fingers to the edges of the pan and give it another spray on top. Put it in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes. Take it out, spray the top again, and flip it so you can apply toppings.

  • You can go with anything you like, but this is what I’ve found easiest and/or what I used on this pizza.
  • Tuttorosso crushed tomatoes no salt added for sauce (0 pts)
  • roasted diced tomatoes lightly salt and peppered (0 pts)
  • yellow and green bell peppers and onions diced and sautéed in a drizzle of olive oil (1 pt)
  • chopped garlic (I used refrigerated garlic in a jar) (0 pts)
  • Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella 60 grams (1 pt)
  • Bowl and Basket Reduced Fat Mozzarella 20 grams (2 pts)
  • Drizzle of olive oil on top of pie (since I only drizzled on the veggies I used a blanket point for both)
  • spices of your liking (I use pepper, oregano, and crushed red pepper) (0 pts)
  • I like just doing roasted tomatoes and basil sometimes. I also do Buffalo chicken pizza. I’ve made white pizzas; taco pizzas. You can do anything- just weigh out ingredients on a food scale or measure and add it to the app.
  • Return to oven and watch pie. As crust browns and cheese gets bubbly, take it out when it’s to your liking. Enjoy!
