Easy Homemade Granola
Ingredients
  • 3⁄4 cup rolled oats (if gluten-free, use brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes)
  • 50g flaked almonds
  • 40g vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
  • 1 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp coconut oil, melted
  • 25g coconut flakes
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 100g raspberries
