Clean Eating Overnight Oats 4 Ways for Breakfast Meal Prep!
Ingredients
  • ½ pint glass jars with lids, for storing or serving as shown
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup + 2 Tbsps unsweetened almond, coconut, or cashew milk
  • 2 to 3 drops liquid stevia OR 1 to 2 tsp pure maple syrup OR 2 tsp raw honey (sweetness is such a personal taste!)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • a tiny pinch of sea salt
