Chicken and Dumplings
Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can (22 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 1 mediuxxccm onion
  • 1 can of Pillsbury biscuit dough (I used the buttermilk one)
  • 1 cup baby carrot
  • 1 cup frozen peas
Steps
  1. Put chicken, cream of chicken, broth, chopped onion and butter in crockpot on high for 5 hours. About half way dump in the carrots and peas. About an hour before finish put in the biscuit dough (I cut the biscuits in 8 equal pieces)
