Ingredients
- Quick and easy dinner recipes! Whether you want some beginner dinner recipes or just some easy weeknight dinner recipes, I hope you'll make these! They're delish!
- 10 minute Creamy Tomato Pasta ( Makes 3 portions)- 250g (9 ounces) Penne
- 2 to 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ of an onion
- 1 cup (250)g tomato sauce ( I used Mutti, basil)
- ⅓ (80g) cup Heavy Cream
- Fresh Basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmigiano
- Chickpea Pizza Nuggets ( makes about 25 nuggets, about 3 portions)- 400g (14 ounces) cooked Chickpeas
- 45g (¼ cup) Bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 30g (¼ cup) Parmigiano
- 1 clove of garlic grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Origano, basil, any herbs/ spices you like. Be generous with the herbs/spices.
- Dry Mozzarella, cut into small cubes.
- subheading: For the bread coating- Bread crumbs:
- Salt/pepper to taste
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- 2 eggs and ¼ cup of milk
- subheading: Creamy Cheesy Gnocchi (makes 3 portions):
- 500g (18 ounces) Gnocchi
- 45g (3 tbsp) Butter
- 250g (9 ounces) mild Gorgonzola
- Parmigiano
- Salt and pepper to taste
