Ingredients

  • 10 minute Creamy Tomato Pasta ( Makes 3 portions)- 250g (9 ounces) Penne
  • 2 to 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ of an onion
  • 1 cup (250)g tomato sauce ( I used Mutti, basil)
  • ⅓ (80g) cup Heavy Cream
  • Fresh Basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmigiano
  • Chickpea Pizza Nuggets ( makes about 25 nuggets, about 3 portions)- 400g (14 ounces) cooked Chickpeas
  • 45g (¼ cup) Bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 30g (¼ cup) Parmigiano
  • 1 clove of garlic grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • Origano, basil, any herbs/ spices you like. Be generous with the herbs/spices.
  • Dry Mozzarella, cut into small cubes.
  • subheading: For the bread coating- Bread crumbs:
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • 2 eggs and ¼ cup of milk
  • subheading: Creamy Cheesy Gnocchi (makes 3 portions):
  • 500g (18 ounces) Gnocchi
  • 45g (3 tbsp) Butter
  • 250g (9 ounces) mild Gorgonzola
  • Parmigiano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
