  • 6 to 8 chicken drumsticks

  • ½ medium yellow onion chopped
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 and ⅓ cups chicken broth low-sodium preferred
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
