Cheesecake Chocolate Chip Bars

2 C Flour

½ tsp Baking Soda

½ tsp Salt

⅔ C Butter

⅔ C Brown Sugar

1 C Granulated Sugar

2 Eggs

4 tsp Vanilla

2 C Chocolate Chips

8 oz Cream Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350*.

2. Line 9x13 pan with parchment paper (up the sides too).

3. Mix together Flour, Baking Soda & Salt, set aside.

4. In another bowl mix together Butter, Brown Sugar, ½ C Granulated Sugar, 1 egg & 2 tsp Vanilla.

5. After those are thoroughly mixed add in the Flour mixture.

6. When all mixed together add Chocolate Chips.

7. Press ⅔ of cookie mixture into the baking pan.

8. Mix together Cream Cheese, ½ C Granulated Sugar, 1 Egg & 2 tsp Vanilla.

9. Spread Cream Cheese mixture on top of cookie dough.

10. Crumble remaining cookie dough over Cream Cheese.

11. Bake 45 min at 350*.

Mix with stand or hand mixer.
