  • 3 cups cremini mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 3 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
  • 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 2 tsp. dried marjoram
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs**
  • salt, to taste
